| 内容記述 | 小児血液疾患をもつ子どもの親の思いを明らかにするために，懇談会での発言内容を分析した質的記述的研 究である．親の思いとして①最初の入院宣告時の動揺，②詳細な説明と納得への切望，③入院中に子どもが学 習の機会を喪失することへの危惧，④復学に向けての学校の受け入れ姿勢に対する落胆，⑤復学後の子どもの 体調に対する教員の｢無｣配慮への憤り，⑥子どもの身体的変化に対して友だちがストレートに反応する心配， ⑦治療上の行動制限を受ける子どもへの不憫，⑧進学時の教員に疾患名を伝えるか否かという迷い，⑨子ども に病名を告知することへの肯定感，が抽出され，看護の課題を考察した． |

| 値 | In order to clarify the thoughts of parents of children suffering from blood disorders, we undertook qualitative, descriptive research analyzing the content of statements made at a round-table discussion at summer school. Parents discussed their thought as follows and we considered issues in nursing : 1) agitation at the first time sentence of hospitalization; 2) desire for detailed explanations and understanding; 3) misgivings about their child losing learning opportunities during hospitalization; 4) discouragement with the lack of acceptance of the child at school upon his or her return; 5) anger toward teachers about the lack of consideration about the child’s health after returning to school; 6) worry about response of friends for physical change of their children; 7) pity for their children who experience limitations for activities by therapy; 8) confusion about whether to tell teachers about disease when the child enter to next stage school; and 9) positive feelings for informing their child about the disease. |
