| 内容記述 | 患者会メンバーによる連続講義を通じて医療者または医療者をめざす学生がいかなる体験をしたか，その内容 を明らかにすること，またこのような新しい試みについて，それを有用化させるための具体的方策や今後の展 望について示唆を得ることを目的に，受講生の一部を対象とした半構造化グループインタビューを実施した． 受付日：2007 年10 月１日 受理日：2007 年12 月19 日 1）埼玉医科大学保健医療学部看護学科 2）社会福祉法人 小茂根の郷 3）静岡県立静岡がんセンター研究所 4）株式会社アールスリーヘルスケア 5）国際医療福祉大学大学院 2 患者会メンバーによる連続講義を聴講した医療者または，それを目指す学生が受けたインパクト 本講義は全13 回で構成され，複数の患者会講師がそれぞれの患者会活動とからめて，回ごとに設定されたテー マについて講話するという形式であった．グループインタビューの結果からは，患者会メンバーの声が医療者 と学生両者に医療に対する新しい視点を提供したこと，両者とも患者の声を肯定的に受け止め，医療者として の，また医療を目指す学生としての自らのアイデンティティを揺さぶられ，目指す医療のために自らがとるべ き具体的な行動を自身に問いかけていたことがうかがえた．本講座の意義が示唆され，今後の展開にむけての 複数の方策が提示された． |

| 値 | The purpose of this study is to clarify what experience the audience had obtained through the series of lectures by patient groups' members, and to get the concrete methods for developing such a new trial and the suggestions for this trial's future by the semi-structured group-interview amongst the audience, i.e. medical staffs and the students who are going to become medical staffs in future. The series of patient lectures were composed thirteen classes. In the every class, the particular theme was adopted, and a few members from some patient groups were invited as the patient lecturers. They spoke their patient group's activity on the theme. The results of semi-structured group-interview revealed that the voice of patients offered a new point of medicine view to the audience, and that medical staffs and the students who are going to become medical staffs in future accepted the patients' voice affirmatively. Furthermore, it was showed that their identity as medical staffs or medicine related students had been shaken, and that they had asked to themselves what they should do by themselves for patient-centered medicine. Additionally, they offered the meaning of such a lecture and suggested the concrete methods for developing it. | |||||
